Job Responsibilities
1. Complete the route exploration, final product synthesis, purification and characterization efficiently under the guidance of leaders.
2. Complete route optimization and scale-up synthesis of final products or key intermediates within a reasonable timeline, to meet the requirements of project progress.
3. Write experiment note timely and accurately according to company's requirements. Write synthesis report in English independently.
4. Maintain laboratory hygiene and order.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, medicinal chemistry or related majors;
2. At least one-year working experience in industry; CRO or new drug R&D experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with general theories of organic chemistry, understand common organic reaction mechanisms;
4. Proficient in common organic synthesis operations, separation and purification methods; familiar with NMR, MS and other characterization methods;
5. Strong problem solving ability.
6. Fluent in professional English reading and writing.
7. Familiar with laboratory safety requirements, be able to handle laboratory emergency properly;
8. Strong responsibility, carefulness, good professionalism and strong teamwork;
