Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the director of the biological department to establish protocols for in vivo and in vitro biological test;
2. Cell culture, cell proliferation or apoptosis test, Western blot, FACS, ELISA, IHC and other experiments;
3. Establishment of tumor model and in vivo tumor measurement;
4. Oral or intravenous administration and blood sampling for small animals;
5. Other tasks assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in biology, molecular biology or related majors;
2. More than 2 years of relevant experience;
3. Proficient in cell culture, cell proliferation or apoptosis test methods, Western blot, FACS, ELISA, IHC, etc.;
4. Proficient in establishment of tumor model and in vivo tumor measurement;
5. Proficient in oral or intravenous administration and blood sampling for small animals;
6. Proficient in Office software, including Excel, PPT and Word;
7. Strong responsibility, carefulness, good professionalism and strong teamwork;
8. CRO or new drug R&D working experience is a plus.
