BroadenBio Co., Ltd. was established in March 2018 as a Sino-foreign joint venture. Within half a year of its establishment, BroadenBio has received new investment for the second time.
On August 23, 2018, BroadenBio added Beijing Lapam Health Medical Investment Centre (Limited Partnership), also known as Lapam Capital, as a new shareholder. At the same time, the registered capital of the company increased by 15%, from ￥11.1 million to ￥1.278 million.
With the in-depth knowledge in immunology, BroadenBio is active in exploring the fields of immuno-oncology and autoimmune diseases, through independent research and international collaboration. It is our vision to develop new drugs for the treatment of related diseases, and to let immunotherapy benefit the majority of patients.
